Unboxing Video Requirement (MANDATORY): Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video is required for any claim regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Missing items

Conditions:

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delay due to courier services

Resolution:

  • Replacement will be provided where applicable
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
