Unboxing Video Requirement (MANDATORY): Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video is required for any claim regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Conditions:
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
Non-Eligible Cases:
